Madrid Gathering Promotes Dialogue and Diversity

Madrid gathered religious, cultural and social voices to highlight diversity and coexistence. The event, organised by Fundación Mejora at the national headquarters of Scientology in Madrid, placed emphasis on education, prevention and dialogue as tools against prejudice. The meeting included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, Fernando Hernández of the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, a Roma guitarist and composer, and human rights educator Denise González. Speakers shared personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how mutual knowledge can reduce prejudice.

Throughout the gathering, participants addressed themes news eureka such as religious freedom, intercultural coexistence and human dignity. Fundación Mejora connected the initiative with Scientology’s focus on human dignity and social betterment. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, emphasised that cultural and religious diversity contributes to democratic life when rooted in respect for human rights.
